Kelly McQuillen, Acting Executive Director, British Columbia Ministry of Health and Connie Davis, a nurse practitioner, quality improvement advisor for Impact BC focusing on Patients as Partners and an internationally known consultant on health care design discuss the British Columbia Ministry of Health's framework, Stepped Care for Self-Management Support, which supports and communicates an integrated approach for policy makers, health care providers and the broader community.
