This report presents a synthesis of four years of public opinion polling data (2002 – 2006) on the Canadian health care system. These data are used to understand how Canadian perceptions have changed since the Romanow Commission (2002), including whether Canadians see the system as improving or deteriorating, and how they view governments’ performance on health care issues.
